We were impressed with the clean and spacious room at Kindness Hotel - Jhong Jheng. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the all-day desserts were a delightful treat. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and the Liuhe night market nearby. Despite a minor issue with the toilet paper dispenser, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. a wonderful experience.

The hotel's location was very ideal as it was close to several famous attractions in the city and conveniently situated near public transportation. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and provided great assistance throughout my stay. The hotel had excellent facilities, such as free laundry services, complimentary drinks and snacks, and bicycle rentals, which all added immense value to my experience. Moreover, the rooms were spacious, clean, and came with several amenities like comfortable beds and shower head.

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible through different modes of transportation. The breakfast spread is impressive and the all-day complimentary drinks and desserts are a nice touch. The staff members are friendly and provide good guidance and recommendations. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a bathtub and shower with different toiletries available, and the beds are cozy.
The hotel design looks dated and could use a renovation to keep up with the times.

The breakfast included soft serve ice cream and delicious pastries. The hotel's location was superb as it was situated between two different MRT stations, making it easy to travel around the city. the tourist night market was just a short walk away.
On one occasion, when we returned to the hotel late at night, there was no staff at the lobby or counter. This made us feel uneasy and insecure.

During my stay over New Year, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was well-stocked and delicious. the hotel's location offered easy access to many attractions in the area such as restaurants and transportation. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.
One downside to our stay was that the mattresses in our room were a bit uncomfortable. the view from our room left much to be desired as it overlooked a parking garage.
